Howatson+Company has dog-friendly offices, but even the best workplaces need ground rules. We created a policy handbook that's as fun as it is practical, featuring AI-generated portraits of real H+Co office dogs painted into various art styles through Midjourney, from oil on wood to acrylic on canvas. Working closely with the H+Co fur-parents, the paintings created span different artistic movements and mediums (impressionism, surrealism, classic oils) transforming office dogs into historical subjects worthy of museum walls. This approach turns what could've been a dry policy document into something people actually want to flip through. Although it is debatable who actually read the rules, people were more focused on either finding their dog or wondering why theirs wasn’t included (it’s not personal, it was a space limitation!)
